the sexual gratification of the overall health and psychological condition of people. Sex is perceived by most respondents as one of their priorities in life. Satisfaction from sex contributes to satisfaction with life in general, and sexual satisfaction depends on the degree of hardness of erection, the poll brought out. Less than a half - 42% of men and 36% of women wich were surveyed in seven countries of Eastern Europe (Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Ukraine, Russia, Israel and Turkey) said that they were "completely or very satisfied" with their own sexual life. At the same time 67% of men and 55% of women said that sex for them is "absolutely necessary" or "very important". Among the priorities in life the men have put the sex on the third and the women on the eighth place. Most satisfied with sexual life are the men in Turkey (54%) and Israel (50%), and the women in Israel (44%) and Poland (43%). The study has found that sexually activness of people of different countries depends on the men. Men with a maximum erection hardness (the 4th degree of hardness by the scale of erection) have sex an average of 11.5 times per month, while the men with the third degree of hardness of erection, committed on average 8.5 sexual acts per month. They are less sure of themselves and their own abilities, as well as they experience less bright emotions in the sexual sphere Similar results are found by women. Those whose partners have an erection of 4-th degree, have sex 10.8 times per month, whereas the women whose partners have an erection of third degree have less sex - 7 times per month. It should be noted, that almost a third (27%) of male respondents in Russia said that their erection is suboptimal. The results of the survey "Sexual health and general well-being" suggests that the sexual satisfaction is an important component of happiness and fullness of life, it is closely associated with higher self-esteem and with a successful building of personal relationships.
